• Prior appointment booking is recommended to ensure availability.
• Please be mindful of your session time. Exceeding the allotted time may incur additional charges.
• Sessions are limited to specific time duration per booking.
• Jacuzzi use is by appointment only. Please book in advance to ensure availability.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the necessary forms.
• If there is a no show for appointment booked on advance payment of Rs.1000 is non- refundable
• Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next guest.
• Guests are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that might aect the services.
• Our therapists have the right to refuse treatment if they believe it is not safe for the guest.
• Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant so we can oer appropriate services.
• Incase of harrasment or practitioner's safety is compromised, it will not be tolerated and session will be terminated.
• Any client who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be accomodated.
• For the comfort of all guests, we request maintaining personal hygiene and a quiet atmosphere.
• The spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
• We recommend leaving valuables at home or in a secure locker provided.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa premises are strictly prohibited.
• If 2 therapist are alloted for a single service session, additional 50% will be charged seperately.
• Service room are alloted as per availablity, can’t be alloted as per clients choice.
• Any other extra person apart from massage therapist and guest taking the services are strictly not allowed inside the Therapy Room.
